Let's Build Your Relationship Plan
You don't have to know exactly what you need before reaching out. Most of our clients don't.
We'll ask thoughtful questions, learn about your business, and help you build a relationship plan that fits your goals, your budget, and the way you naturally do business.
Every Hello Again Box partnership starts with a conversation — not a sales pitch, not a product catalog. Just a genuine conversation about your business and the relationships you want to strengthen.
InvestmentEvery client begins with a Relationship Planning Session.
From there, we build a customized Relationship Playbook — your personal roadmap for staying connected to the people who matter most. Some clients start with a few intentional touchpoints each year. Others build a comprehensive plan that keeps them connected all year long.
Most clients invest between $1,100 and $5,000 annually, depending on the relationships they want to nurture and the touchpoints that make sense for their business.
We'll always recommend an approach that fits your goals and your budget — no pressure, no oversell.
Building stronger relationships shouldn’t feel like another project on your to-do list.
Our goal is to make it simple, intentional, and easy to stay connected with the people who matter most to your business.
-
We begin with a quick, intentional conversation about your business, the relationships you’d like to strengthen, and what you’re hoping to accomplish.
I’ll ask thoughtful questions, listen carefully, and discover how you’d care for your clients if time was never the obstacle. Then I’ll create a custom Relationship Playbook that helps people experience that same thoughtfulness consistently.
Because there isn’t a one-size-fits-all relationship strategy—there isn’t a one-size-fits-all business owner.
-
After our conversation, I’ll thoughtfully create your personalized Relationship Playbook.
Inside you’ll find recommendations tailored to your business — relationship opportunities, conversation ideas, suggested timing, and meaningful ways to stay connected.
You’ll have the opportunity to review everything, ask questions, and make any changes before we move forward.
-
Once your Relationship Playbook is approved, we’ll make getting started easy.
We’ll provide a simple way for you to securely share your mailing information, choose your card style, personalize your messages, and finalize any remaining details.
-
Once everything is approved, we take care of the details.
We carefully prepare each relationship experience, package everything beautifully, mail it on your behalf, and keep you informed every step of the way.
Before each mailing, you’ll receive reminders, estimated delivery timing, details about what’s being sent, and conversation ideas so you know exactly how to confidently follow up.
-
Now comes the most important part.
The relationship.
The box starts the conversation.
Consistent action builds the relationship.
That’s where trust grows.
That’s where loyalty grows.
And that’s where businesses people remember are built.
If you’ve been thinking, "I’ve been meaning to do a better job staying in touch with my clients," you’re exactly the kind of business owner I love working with.

Common Questions
-
Less than you’d think.
We start with your Relationship Planning Session — a focused conversation about your business and the relationships you want to strengthen. From there, I build your Relationship Playbook and you approve your cards and box direction.
After that, your ongoing time commitment is simple: keep your mailing list updated as you add new clients and referral partners, and mark who’s ready to ship. That’s it.
Everything else — sourcing, packing, mailing, tracking, and reminding you when it’s time to follow up — is ours.
-
Every box carries a small "Hello Again" stamp — it’s how the box says hello. What it doesn’t carry is a sales pitch, a catalog, or anything that pulls attention away from you.
Here’s what matters: the thoughtfulness is genuinely yours. You told us about the relationship. The card is written in your voice. The items were chosen because of what you know about them. We just handled the part that kept slipping down your to-do list.
Your clients won’t think "she outsourced this." They’ll think "she remembered me." Because you did.
-
No. That’s the entire point.
We track your plan, remind you before every touchpoint, tell you exactly what’s going out and when it will arrive, and hand you conversation ideas for the follow-up. Your only job is to be you.
-
Then start small. Some clients begin with a few intentional touchpoints a year and grow from there. Your Relationship Playbook is built around your relationships and your budget — not a package we’re trying to fill.
-
Yes. During setup, you’ll see and approve your box design — I’ll send you a photo of everything put together, along with your card, before your first mailing ever goes out.
From there, your plan runs on rhythm, not repeated approvals. Occasionally I’ll swap a product due to availability — always with something of equal quality and the same intention behind it. That flexibility is how we keep your mailings going out on time, every time.
After each mailing, you’ll get an email confirming your boxes are on the way, with delivery timing and a reminder of what’s inside. A few days after delivery, you’ll get one more nudge: time to check in. That follow-up conversation is where the magic happens — and you’ll never have to remember it on your own.
-
We write them together. You tell me about the relationship, and I draft a message in your voice — warm, personal, first person, never corporate. If you’d like your logo and signature on the note card, we’ll include them, so everything your client sees is unmistakably from you.
You approve every word before it’s printed.
-
That’s exactly what the Relationship Planning Session uncovers. You tell us what you know about your people, and every box reflects it.
And your mailing list has a comment section beside each recipient’s name — jot down anything I should know ("no coffee," "gluten-free," "just lost her dog") and I’ll make the adjustments. Thoughtfulness is in the details, and the details are the whole job.
-
Small businesses and makers whose products bring people joy — that’s a promise I made when I started this company, and it hasn’t changed. Every item is chosen because it’s useful, thoughtful, and has a purpose in the box.
We also strive to choose natural, eco-friendly products your clients will be excited to try and fall in love with. No filler. No cheap swag. Nothing you’d be embarrassed to put your name on.
-
Just tell us what’s happening. We’ll take it from there.
Relationships aren’t only strengthened through planned touchpoints. They’re strengthened by showing up when people need you most — and as a Hello Again Box client, you never have to figure those moments out alone.
-
Fill out the form and tell me a little about your business. I personally read and respond to every message — usually within one business day. From there, we’ll find a time for your Relationship Planning Session that works for both of us.
You’ll probably leave that first conversation wondering why you waited so long.
